Data · AI · Custom Software

Your business is leaking money. Your data knows where.

Let's put your data to work for you. Calrissian helps small businesses use their data to make smarter decisions and improve profitability. Now go win.

Who we serve

We find where the money is going, starting with family law firms.

Every family law firm loses money in the same few places: leads that never retain, hours that never get billed, and invoices that never get paid. We use the data you have scattered across your business systems, such as Clio / MyCase / Smokeball / QuickBooks, to give you clarity so you can take action.

Not a family law firm? Not a problem.

If you don't run a profitable business, you run the risk of going out of business. Other law practices, accounting and consulting firms, real estate brokerages, and construction companies all lose money in the same places: leads that never close, work that costs more than it pays, and time or effort that never turns into cash. We help all types of small businesses use their data to make smarter decisions and improve profitability. Let’s talk about what your data can tell you about your business.

We created the Now You Know educational series to help you make smarter decisions, grow your business, and stay profitable.

About

When you engage Calrissian, you get the founder.

Calrissian was founded by George Higareda — thirty years in technology, twenty of those spent building enterprise applications and analytics for a Fortune 250 engineering and construction firm with 20,000+ employees.

Throughout his IT career, George led the development and implementation of critical business systems, including logistics management, risk management, health & safety management, legal matter management, enterprise timekeeping, and operational analytics. He has done it all across the spectrum of software delivery: leadership, team management, project management, business analysis, data analysis, design, architecture, coding, testing, documentation, implementation, and end-user training.

George cares about people and wants to help small businesses survive and thrive. Let's be real — small businesses can't economically support a McKinsey engagement or a $120K internal data hire. So George created Calrissian to give small businesses access to the same expertise, techniques, and technologies that big businesses use, but delivered at a fraction of the cost and with a personal service that only George can provide.
